The band is called Draco and the Malfoys, they are a wizard rock band founded in Woonsocket, Rhode Island in 2004.
Wizard rock, also known as wrock, is a genre of music based on the Harry Potter series started by Harry and the Potters, Joe and Paul DeGeorge of Boston, Massachusetts, in 2002. Since the founding of the genre by Harry and the Potters, numerous Wizard rock (“wrock”) bands have formed around the world.
